Hi I’m from Brazil. I bought the theme MusicPlayer. I want to make the radio work live on the site. Configure the PC Opticodec in the radio it should be done.
My question is on the issue of player theme. In the field marked in the attached image what would be the format of the information that I enter? It is the streaming URL, only the IP or what?

It should be the streaming URL with IP Port. Icecast or Shoutcast

Hi,

I am a customer of this them as well. I’m setting up the theme on word press 4.3. One of my issues are related to radioplayer as well. Ofcourse, my streaming url is working fine. However, there is an option at themes option (MusicPlay->Player Options-> Radio Autoplay). I enabled the functionality, however, after loading the page it is not playing automatically. I have to manually start playing radio. Please let me know if you face also same issue?

Hi,

Once check what version of the theme you are using. Latest version is v3.3.0. If you are using the older version, then please update it to the latest version. Because it is working fine at my end.

Otherwise, send us wp logins of your website. So that we’ll take a closer look at it.

Hi Shailaja!

MusicPlayVersion: 3.3.0 is the installed version on my node. Today i have tested more widely. When your not logged in, and the i tested with IE version 11.0.23, the player is not automatically running.

Mozilla and chrome browsers which i tested today are fine. It means that the player is running with logged out status of the theme.

I am currently testing the theme on my development environment, which is not open for outside world. I haven’t used the theme on production site yet. So you cannot access the the dev site even i provide to the wp logins.

Did you test with IE browser the radio autoplay feature?

Please check the theme with Internet Explorer browser, specifically, the radio autoplay feature. Can you let me know soon if there is a solution to this issue?

Yes its working fine at our end, may be you are using older version of the internet explorer.

As i mentioned currently IE version 11.0.23 is running on windows 7 on my workstation. Is it possible to lemme know about compatible IE version with musicplay theme?

please give us your streaming URL we will check. After that you can check on your own.

I will deploy the theme to production server. If the autoplay won’t work with Internet Explorer, i will let you the authentication for checking yourself.
