Hello,

I noticed that I’am on Version 2.3.3 and the newest Version available is v4.1.0

Last time I updated it was a pain in the ass since the favicons changed and I had to rewrite every icon on the entire site.

So when I update now is their anything I should know before I do it? Such things like when I do it whmcs wont work… the effects wont work… the font wont work…

Second question. I noticed that the portal theme in Bridge changend and now the Buttons wont display correctly? Does the Version change fix that issue.

Yes you are right. Its an ongoing process with all the Softwares. So it is recommended all the time that take a backup and of the plugins, theme options, and pages and files if you have modified anything in the theme files.

Once you are done with that then you can replace the files (parent theme) and in child theme we will make modfications to the functions.php and another file which you can change it manually.

Icons we have changed it last time as it was a big conflict with some other thirdparty plugins. After that we have not made any major changes.

Regarding the WHMCS yes we have made a new skin for the WHMCS 6.0+ version for that you need to install and active the WHMCS Bridge provided within the package in theme and activate that and upload the whmcs hostme template in your whmcs/templates/ directory via ftp or filemanager from your cpanel. Once you are done with uploading then you need to come back to the whmcs bridge plugin and select the template as hostme rather than choosing five or six or portal. Once you save this your new layout will work with the WHMCS.

If you see something goes wrong with the new updates and its hard you can replace it back to your old version as you have a backup.

Hello their again,

I’am trying my best, I upgraded everything now!

Uploaded hostme => whmcs installation => template => general settings => activate hostme

But it is not possible to select “hostme” from the dropdown list in bridge. I only have 2 options portal and an other version.

Any ideas what did I wrong.

I noticed that my favicons went from small to XXL.

Maybe they eat to much ram during the update… But how can I sent them to an fitness instructer and make them smal again?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

– Fixed the issue with the icon boxes
– Fixed the issue with WHMCS template as it was updated the bridge plugin so we have to alter the code in the bridge plugin or else you need to use pro to work automatically fetch the available template etc.

Issue fix with icon boxes larger than the last update.
Go to theme options > styling > custom css – Then add the following css rule

.services-icon.iva-si-box { padding: 8px !important; }

How can I center whmcs into the white area. Menue is on the top. Can I change the color to red and grey that it will look good with the other design?

To center whmcs into the white area, you have to provide padding for the subheader in meta options(Subheader Padding).

And for the dropdown, please please provide the exact url where the dropdown issue is showing. So that we can fix the issue.

Fixed it with the Subheader padding. And now I would like to have it in color in #dd3333

Color for the navigation bar is fixed.

And coming to dropdown issue, as I had tested at my end, it’s working perfectly.

I tested the dropdown. In Microsoft edge and chrome. But it keeps open and I can’t remove it 🙁

Which browser do you use. Even in chrome Inkognito Mod this dropdown does not work.
