Hi support

Im having an issue with the shortcodes on website: www.sexologiskprivatklinik.dk - the theme was very old and after being recommended an update to the latest LifeCare theme, problems suddenly showed on the website. My webmaster tells me, that the problem is shortcodes. Could you please identify the error/issue? The reason for updating the theme was, that the slider suddenly stopped working. I installed a new slider revo. but that didnt fix the issue.

I noticed that you did not upload the files correctly, or only uploaded the child theme. Anyway, I have uploaded the Lifecare Core Plugin, which was missing from your theme folder. When you update, please read the instructions if there are any. Also, make sure you take backups before updating.
