Hi,
I can’t open the Customizer for editing the website anymore. The same with the theme options side. The content doesn’t load. Is it a problem with the latest wordpress update?

Hi Ansche,
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Also, it seems your support has been expired, for continued support please extend your support license for quick responses.

@Ansche – There are some issues with the latest WordPress version please provide FTP logins so that we can fix the issues in your theme.
