Go through the directory path ../wp-content/plugins/isppro/assets/js/isppro-frontend-script.js
Find these lines of code Line no: 52
var reg = /^[A-Z][0-9]+$/;

And replace with these
var reg = /^[ A-Za-z0-9]*$/;

Im deleted all web, and installed worpdress and template clean and now: In Packages-> packages settins doesnt works.

Hello, im not agree with the product. I bought the template 9 of December. I have written in the forum the same day and i havent got a soluction until 24 of December.
Today im work again in this web and now i have another problem with package.

I think is not a good template to sell to my customer.
I want refund the money.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Im not sure with this template works in the next update of wordpress for example…is not a good web to sell to my customer.

Hi @raugs07,

I’m still unsure about what’s not working at your end now. Did you clear your cache and checked? I agree you have several reasons to get a refund as software always comes with bugs. Even the operating system you are using today has several bugs but once we get issues information from users then we make a fix for it.

What I understand was you had an issue with zipcode which seems to be working fine now, so my request to you is that please mention what is another issue you are using at least we can make our product stronger.
