Is ajax is enabled i have problem with explorer. With chrome, Firefox e Safary work normally.

Let me know the issue so that i can fix you and please send me the screenshots.

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.
