Hi,

I am facing issues in installing and setting up theme. can you please install an exact demo version (100%) same on my server and then i will edit it as per my requirement.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

1. Your 4th and 5th images width is below 1920px. Kindly choose the images with the width above 1920px.
2. Kindly choose the image with 1000 by 1000 pixels.

@mumbocedric: Kindly import the demo content from Appearance/Eventra/Import Sample Content.It will import all the content excluding images. You have to upload your own images because of copyrights issue. If you don’t know on how to do this then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can fix it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
