I want to include the text “preparing download” <div id=”preloader_iva_wrap”><div id=”preloader_iva”><span></span><span></span><span></span><span></span><span></span></div></div>

I want to include this after the last <span></span> >>>>>>> <h6>Preparing Download<h6>

I cannot find where to insert this into HTML under any of the .php files. Please help!!!!
