Find the following path,

/wp-content/themes/concept/framework/shortcode/portfolio.php

add_action( ‘wp_footer’,’protoenqueue_scripts’); // comment this line

This does not help:

I fixed that problem doing so:

		//function protoenqueue_scripts()
		//{

			wp_enqueue_script('atp-Modernizr', THEME_JS .'/Modernizr.js', 'jquery','','in_footer');
		//}
		//add_action( 'wp_footer','protoenqueue_scripts');

However now I see this after refreshing a page with portfolio shortcode (in attach).

seems line 82 causes the problem:
wp_print_scripts('atp-isotope');

when I comment it out, portfolio starts to work

I find it very pity that so many problems were introduced in just one part of the template.
