Hi, so I am attempting to recreate a fresh new site, but it is not as fluid or easy as there is no real page builder format to keep the demo page intact – when I go to edit the page, its mostly made of shortcodes, I dont see any type of page builder. Also the documentation file that comes with the theme is not current to date – it dates 2013 referencing WordPress 4.2. I would think if you are charging this kind of fee for the theme, I would hope you would at least update everything over the course of years and changes, so we get what we paid for. Is there a page builder compatible with this theme, because the theme package came with no plugins?

I apologize for this, but I am truly disappointed. There are no third party supported plugins for ease of page building, there is no documentation on the audio player or album/ music functions etc. The audio player has not shown on my front page, it is missing. The documentation is outdated and from 2013, we are in 2025. Before I purchased. I assumed this theme would be updated to support ease of use or support by other plugins. But it seems primitive in my opinion compared to what is available to use today. I cant just work in shortcode to create an entire site. Am I missing something here in my download package?? I regretfully would like to request a refund.

I understand your concerns regarding the theme, and I realize we haven’t discussed the page builder until now. However, I agree that the documentation is outdated and requires updating. The theme was initially developed a decade ago and relied solely on shortcodes, with updates only to ensure compatibility with the latest version.

We will process the refund once our manager approves it. Please note that you’ll need to use shortcodes to present columns, but aside from that, there isn’t much else required.

Let me know if you need anything further if you wish to keep this theme or need help with installing the theme or so.

Hi, I did not realize the them has been around that long and had not been updated. I did install WP Bakery and Elementor to try to recreate the front page using some, but not all shortcodes. And works but but in some instances it creates a critical error. I have to disable the js-composer folder in ftp to refresh the site back up, reactivate plugin and then it works again. I am guessing it all has to do with coding/ compatibility.

Its a shame since it is a very nice theme and very useful for the music industry. I would even request you add a purchase/ buy album or individual tracks to this theme, similar to a music download store. I had to install – Music Store – wordpress ecommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.

Questions and request:

1. would you guys think about updating this to be compatible with third party page builders, or coding this to not crash with these plugins?

2. Is this be compatible with woocommerce?

Hi, any update on refund status?

Site keeps crashing when I use wp bakery page builder. So probably going to have to troubleshoot or use another theme.

Yes, the theme is incompatible with the page builders, but the theme is up to date with the WordPress Version but not with the third-party builders. We must make it compatible with the Top Builders like WP Bakery and Elementor. We will keep you posted about it. If you still need a refund, we will proceed with the refund you initiated.
