    Hi There

    I’m trying to install the required plugins for the Hope theme individually as the help video suggests but I keep getting a error message. I managed to search and install all but the following:

    Installing Plugin: Business Hours Pro
    Downloading install package from http://contemplativeoutreachuk.com/wp-content/themes/hopes/framework/includes/plugins/iva-business-hours-pro.zip…
    Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer
    Plugin not activated. A higher version of Business Hours Pro is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

    Installing Plugin: Revolution Slider
    Downloading install package from http://contemplativeoutreachuk.com/wp-content/themes/hopes/framework/includes/plugins/revslider.zip…
    Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer
    Plugin not activated. A higher version of Revolution Slider is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

    Installing Plugin: Visual Composer
    Downloading install package from http://contemplativeoutreachuk.com/wp-content/themes/hopes/framework/includes/plugins/js_composer.zip…
    Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer
    Plugin not activated. A higher version of Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

    Please can you advise how to resolve, let me know if you need a log in in to the site

    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

    please kindly download the updated version v2.2.0 full package from theme forest and use child theme for feature updates.

    You can upload the plugins via FTP and try activating. There seems to be some problem with network or hosting that its not fetching the files inside your directory, might be an issue with some permissions of the folders or so not sure about it. I personally see this sort of message for the first time.

    Uploaded plugins via FTP and activated, worked a treat. Issue resolved.
