Dear team,

I have purchased your theme to make a simple landing page allowing visitors to listen to online radios as in the demo page: http://www.aivahthemes.com/preview/?theme=musicplay (under RADIOS tab)

But my radio player is not working. It’s pulling the metadata from the shoutcast server but it is not playing sound. Also there is a problem with the buttons, as they show overlapped. Honestly, after importing the demo, it looks nothing like the demo before purchasing.

I need help. Here is the shoutcast URL http://s1.sonicabroadcast.com:7005/;stream/1 and here my website http://dev.sonicabroadcast.com

The URL you provided is working and I see the radio is also working. Are you still facing the problem?

I found myself how to solve my issue.

Now that the radio player is working fine, I want to ask you:

How can I invert the order in which the list of radio channels are shown at dev.sonicabroadcast.com ?

I want to show this list in the inverted order.

I have also another question,

When the browser’s width is below 450px (in smartphones) the title pulled from the shoutcast server is not shown anymore. Is there a way to show the title even in narrow screens?

As per now, we don’t have an option to invert the order in which the list of radio channels are being displayed.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hello there,

I have gone through the issue you are facing with the title.
Go to the file ‘css/responsive.css’. Search for line number – 324.

replace the code for .jp-title,

.jp-title {
  display: inline-block;
  padding-left: 300px;
  animation: marquee 10s linear infinite;
}

change the padding left from 100% and make it pixel-based to padding-left: 300px; and remove the padding-right property compleately.
