Currently its not possible but we will consider adding this feature in the coming week or sooner so that you can change the slug from theme options panel.

Oh.. it is there in theme options>medical options (shown in attachment)

When I enter my custom slug it changes and it works but I keep getting 404 page both for doctors and departments. My custom slug is shown when I want to edit department or doctor but when I want to preview doctor or department or when I clinck on a link on my page the my custom slug is shown in browser address bar but I keep getting 404.

Yeah you need to save your permalink again to make that slug work.

Topis is not resolved because it doesn’t work. I enter my custom slug both for doctors and departments and when I open a docotor in WP to edit my custom slug is shown but when I click “View doctor” I keep getting 404 page. I tried to create a new doctor with a custom slug and same thing happens. Pls resolve this ASAP. Thank you

Please make sure you save your permalink to make that slug work. After saving, if you don’t get resolved, then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
