    Hi,

    My page builder has recently stopped working.

    I tried updating theme and plugins but it didn’t change.

    It is also affecting the home page layout and my packages will no longer display.

    It shows the message: Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related post.

    Hi geof6,

    If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
    Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

    And also it looks like your support has been expired. For continued support, kindly please extend your support license for quick responses.

    Take a look at your site, we hope that we have gone through your issue and have solved.we have updated the Ispro plugin and its working now, delete cache in your system and give a try.
    And also, extend your support license for any further queries or need any assistance.

    For displaying packages I have added the category slug. Don’t use ID instead use slug for the display.

    I see that the slugs were changed. Don’t use fiber as the slug as its conflicting somewhere. It is fixed and working. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks the pages are working now.

    I have a new problem though.

    When I try to add new packages it will not save the data. After I hit publish, most of the information I have entered just disappears.

    I tried deactivating plugins to see if there was a conflict but I havent been able to find the reason.

    Any ideas and thanks.

    Please look at your site, it is working fine now. use slug for packages also you can use internet packages addon in UltraNet addons.

    Thanks but still seems to be the same.

    I have tried to setup Fibre Optic TG4 for example.

    I can only add cities and zip codes, the rest of the info has disappeared after I save page.
