Due to the table format,’ there is an issue in responsive. If you want to use others style you can use them as shown in the documentation. We will consider fixing this issue in the upcoming updates. If you still want to use this style then you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we will solve the issue. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
