Hi

I requested some support regarding the following but yet no reply.

1. There is this information that appears when using package style 1 see below

1 movie (2GB) would take… 50 photos (300MB) would take… 1 album (60MB) would take…

How do I get this off as it’s not in relation to my packages

2. The homepage carousel is not working with the existing code adding a few lines of more images. Unsure why please can you check the code what is wrong, please.

Hi,

1. Go to Package setting area under localization tab Find “Plan Title 1, 2, 3 Add this code  ” This will replace with the text.

2. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
