I’m getting this message from WooCommerce:
“Your theme (Storeup) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce”
Any suggestions as to how I fix this would be appreciated, thanks!
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and make quick fixes for you. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
Hi Fem,
I have the same experience with outdated Woocommerce Templates. Some are as old as version 3.0.0. The description at Themeforest says compatibility with “WooCommerce 3.8.x”.
I see your response above, but have to wonder if you’re not gonna support Woocommerce updates in the future? A quick fix will sure solve the problem right now, but in the future? How long can we depend on that you will be able to do quick fixes individually?
Are you planning on updating the core theme anytime soon? If not, I’ll give you login to my site as well.
Kind regards
We’re working on these issues and will be fixed soon in our updates ASAP
The new Woocommerce-files wasn’t included in todays update? For example:
Varning: Version 3.0.0 av storeup/woocommerce/single-product/related.php
The new file included today:
* @see https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
* @author WooThemes
* @package WooCommerce/Templates
* @version 3.0.0
