the one click demo import deos not import the slides and images ,i also can not find the images in the downloaded files , can you assist with this?

You will get only placeholder images after demo import. The images are shown in the theme are used for demo purpose you can use your own images. And for the sliders select flex slider in the theme option Appearance > Ultranet > Sliders here you can able to change sliders properties.
