One Click Demo Import Failed

    Hello you guys,

    I installed the theme & installed the Child theme & activated it. After I installed all pre-requisite plugins and activated them and imported all of the pre-requisite options. So I selected the One-Click demo install.

    After click “Continue & Import” a message appears “Please sit tight while we import your content. Do not refresh the page or hit the back button.” but after I waiting for a long time the message appears to me: Import Failed.

    Please let me know what the next steps are.
