We’re not receiving email notifications that our contact page and homepage forms have been filled out. After a form is submitted, the information shows up in the submission section from our WordPress dashboard, but we don’t receive an email notification that someone has submitted our contact form. We’d like the form submission to be emailed to us directly as soon as someone submits the form.
Thanks.
You have to set the Appointment Page in Theme Options. And also you have not included Appointment Page in Menus Section. If you click on Home Page Request A Call Button, it will redirect you to Appointment Form where you’ll receive email notifications to your mail id after filling this form.
Regarding your contact form, it is working properly.
How is the contact form working properly if it doesn’t send us an email with the form’s information? I can fill out the form 20 times and I will not receive one email notification. Please explain how that makes any sense?
I like this template, but if we can’t receive our contact form submissions via email it’s basically useless. Please let me know me if there’s a way for the contact form’s information to be emailed to us. Otherwise, I’ll be seeking a refund.
@davidterry: You are using ninja forms plugin for contact form. The problem is with the ninja forms plugin not with our theme. So it’s better to contact the plugin author. If you have any theme related issues you can post your questions here. We’ll help you out.
Is there any way that it can send the email with just the information provided in the appointment call out? I am just thinking in terms of a potential costumer. It would be easier to make a conversion if the costumer wanted to just send there phone number and not commit to an appointment. That way we could call them and have a sells rep do the talking instead of a web page.
Also I can’t it out but I would like the appointment call out to stretch across the screen like it does in the live preview. mine has padding around it. I also want it to touch the slider. Is there a way you guys could do that?
Thanks.
Yes, we can send the email with the information provided in the appointment call out box but it’s a custom work. You can contact us via Skype for further customization works. Our Skype ID: support-aws
For the stretched layout, if you can provide us the URL of your website, we can take a closer look at it.
@Shailaja. Thanks for the information. The Ninja Form from the contact page started working. It didn’t work for a few days, but we started receiving emails shortly after I posted the message. I’ll reach out to them if there are anymore issues.
In regards to the appointment request on the homepage, is it possible to have that information go directly to our email instead of sending the visitor to an appointment page? Most people will probably fill out that form thinking we’ll contact them once they submit it. It will also be easier to schedule an appointment if we call them directly.
Thanks again.
@davidterry: Yes, it’s possible but it’s a custom work.

Hi Pam Reddy,
We would really like the appointment request on the homepage to act as a contact form that sends the customer’s information directly to our email. Can we pay for this custom work? Thanks.
@davidterry: Kindly update your theme to latest version. Make sure you take a backup of the older version before updating it to latest version.
