I installed new version musicplay, but no theme options and show up and customizer also empty.

its no plug in problem, no cache problem.

would you pls support?

I hope you can publish the solution because I saw many have this problem, but nowhere you can find/read the solution.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Also, it seems your support has been expired, for continued support please extend your support license for quick responses.
