    Hi, pimlicom
You can use Visual composer and WPbackery our theme is compatible with both of these page builders.

    Hi ,

We have just installed plugin WPBakery ,
but it seems not ok because there are still shortcode everywhere
you can check this page https://opunaise.betaversion.us/wp-admin/post.php?post=4023&action=edit
so we don’t know how we will do in the next step so that plugin WPB works normally.

    Thanks for your help

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can set up the theme with using WPBakery. Make sure you install the plugin and give us so that we can set demo and make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
