I installed the theme and I have no content. No menus nothing just a blurry image from the demo with hello world in the body.

After installing the theme, you need to go to theme options and click on “Import Sample Content” then all the demo data will be imported. Later go to Appearance > Menus and set your menus there.

Kindly please go through the documentation provided along with the theme.
