Brand new purchase & install. Followed the documentation fully (though its quite out dated and lots of references do not match up with the latest version of WP).

The content loaded does not look anything like the demo – Images are blurred out(?) and missing top header with phone number times & default logo.

Log in to your website > go to theme options Appearance > AutoWash > Import/Export ( Import your theme options from here ). Regarding blurred images, those are for only demo purpose. You have to upload your own images. Replace those images with yours.
Regarding missing top header with phone number, set the widgets from Appearance > Widgets section.
