Hi,
I cannot find any reference to this new extended ability.
Can you give a brief description of what this new extended ability does?

If you are using child theme of the MusicPlay and you want to alter the coding for the post types or add more custom post types then you can do it. It was not there earlier but we have alter some code in functions.php and post meta files in the parent theme to work with child themes.

So if I want to change the name of custom post types (artist album etc) I can dot it in the child theme ?

By this week end the new option for changing the Slug will be added where you can change the name from theme option panel.

EX: albums to mp3 or music, artist to singer etc.
