Hello Support Team,

The version I bought was actually v4.3.0 but didn’t use it ever since because the project I bought it for was suspended then. Now I’m ready to use your theme for my music project but when I activate it I keep getting error which says “There has been a critical error on this website” themes failed to load properly because of broken Themes.

Have lost the login details to themeforest where I bought your theme but access here via my purchase code.
My questions are:

1.How can you help me resolve the broken theme error in my installation?
2.How can I get the updated latest version?

Hi,
Thank you for purchasing the theme and I’m sorry to hear that it was not used or so. Now you can use please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

1) If the issue still persists we will help you with that once you provide the logins
2) You can log in to your account and go to the downloads section and download the full package.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
