Yesterday, i sent message on the comment section of the theme and the ovner of the theme said to me to create ticket on the support area. So, i am here contacting you guys.

Hi guys, today i have purchased this theme. I have also installed all plugins and imported demo data already. But my website does not look like your demo design.

1. Above slider and slider does not look like same. I mean the header area does not look like it looks on your theme. Here you can see the screenshot—> http://prntscr.com/jl7uay

2. Do you guys not provide Slider Revolution?

3. In the team section looks like icons are gone bit above. I think because of no image is there—> http://prntscr.com/jl7vss

Basically i need to get my header area fixed. Thank you.

Brother, if i select “Flex Slider” like this http://prntscr.com/jl7yo3 then the site looks like this http://prntscr.com/jl7zbh and if i select Owl Slider then it looks different. but there is no option to make it look like exactly like in your demo design. Please do not reply after 24 hours and please no short reply.

Please have a look at these 2 images first http://prntscr.com/jl81pt and http://prntscr.com/jl81vb please have a look as in your demo design and my imported demo there is sooo much difference. Please get me the demo which you guys are shoving on your website.

This is not the first theme i purchased on this site. I have 2 accounts and have purchased many themes so far but i never seen any theme which shows different and give/import different settings.

Please help me to get the same settings ASAP.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hello Brother, i need to knov if you guys have any option in the theme for me to desable the slider in mobile phones?

I can also disable this slider via custom css but i need to edit the template so that there is less css browser has to load.

I am a person who can understand everything. So, if there is something you need to tell and think that it will be hard for me to understand then please do not think like that..

I can do all that via custom coding but i need to modify this theme so that there is no sec delay.

Please reply, even if you can not help still reply. So that i can do everything via custom code.

Hi Daljit,

Sorry for the delay in response. I didn’t notice that you posted a question in the resolved topic and it was ignored as when the topic is resolved we will close that and if you have any new questions you can post as a separate query so that we can reply much faster. Due to Ramadan festival, we were not replying since last 3 days and now we are back to the desk and will be resolving all the queries one after the other.

1) There is no option to disable the slider for mobile or height in the mobile version as of now but can consider that features in the future updates. But yes you can do that by custom CSS.

2) There is an option to extend the navigation drop-down based on the length of the menu text but we made it the standard size. If you wish you can do that by altering the small code.

Code to be changed in style.css file
