Hello Author, I just purchased this theme and also paid Envato for installation but their developer seems to be having problem with it saying ‘the author did not include full data’ and so I can’t even get as close to the demo look. According to the developer, it’s what they face on a daily basis.
The order has now been cancelled and my website has been idle for more than a week now which isn’t good for my business.
Can you solve this for me? Thanks

Yes, Its very simple. You don’t need to order for installation as the documentation is very clear and we have the video tutorial as well which will help you on how to install the theme.

Theme comes with a limited sample data file as the images and audio files are not included due to not having full rights as its only for the demo purpose only. If you check in the item details page of themeforest we have already mentioned there.

But no worries we will help you installing the theme demo for you. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
