I tried check my site (http://theriver107.getmebackonline.com) on iPhone and it just shows the pre-loading icon and never loads the site. It loads fine on Android devices, but just gets stuck in pre-loading for iPhone.

Anything I can do to fix this?

We have checked from my end it is working fine. We check in iPhone 5c, Poco f1, and other Samsung Galaxy devices. Might be due to caching you get the problem once clear the cache and check.

By the way, your support is expired. For continued support please extend your support license.
