Hello
The music player doen’t work on mobile version and some of “albums” on desktop mode doen’t play song anymore. I try to reload the mp3 from media library and still not playing them.
Could you please help me to resolve this problem?

We have verified and seen that you have extended your support license.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I had seen songs URL are not correct it is showing https://www.peggyzina.com/site/..
/site is coming inside URL that is why songs are not played. I think so you migrated songs from somewhere so the migration is not done properly.

There is any option to correct the link of songs in the album by myself?

What about the video clips?

You need to upload all songs once again because it is coming from the database so we cannot edit the URL. And in the video clips, URL is HTTP you need to use https the URL must be served over HTTPS.
