Hello there

What plugin do you guys recommend to translate the theme to Arabic?

Please keep in mind that I will need both Arabic and English languages, so I would just need a switcher from English to Arabic and the opposite.

You can use the polylang plugin or WPML go through the following link you will get clarity which plugin is suitable to your theme Multilingual WP plugins
