Is there any simple way from where we can change mega menu. I want to assign thumbnail image / font awesome icons and highlight TITLES. Adding TITLES and Pages under respective titles.

That is a very extensive featured mega menu which is there in the CodeCanyon plugin (Uber Menu and Mega Menu). Using Labora Mega Menu you can’t achieve the layout as above.
you need to open the header style php files located inside the headers folder and comment the code of menu function and add your custom mega menu function.
