You are using the wrong code. Please use the shortcodes from Aivah Shortcodes which we have provided and generate the shortcode according to your requirement. After doing this, if you don’t get provide the logins of your website along with url. Make sure you set the post as private reply. So that only admin can see your wp-logins.
