I would like documentation or to inquire about custom development to accommodate additional fees for Mobile Car washers/Detailers.

for example, the customer enters their address and if the location is more than a 15 min drive, $x.xx is added per additional min of drive time.

You can add in additional services section for the Mobile Car Washers or Detailers. How will you calculate the additional min of drive time? Please elaborate your requirement.

A 15min/7 mile mobile fee is already included in the package price. Then once the address is entered the form would generate the additional cost if the vehicle is outside of a 15 min/7 mile drive.
Also if there is no way to set a free mobile fee distance, the stand fee worked into the service price could be removed
