Hi!

Just recently purchased the theme and I love it! Great job. I noticed some formatting issues when I viewed the site on different devices, I was hoping someone would be able to assist me in resolving these issues. For mobile devices, the slider image doesn’t resize and as a result it looks very stretched out on the screen. On tablet devices, I have a block quote on the main page that doesn’t resize, as a result it runs off the screen and becomes unreadable.

Hopefully someone can help!

Sorry for the delay in response.I have cross checked the theme and not sure why it is showing non responsive for few things. But no worries we will consider fixing it soon in a day

Fixed the issue with responsive for your site. Kindly please use updated theme to make everything working perfectly as we have fixed this issue recently.

If you have not modified anything in the php files and css files then nothing will be loosed. Its recommended to use Child Theme for a future updates we releases. As you have to upload only the parent theme not the child theme. Please how to update the theme in the forum or check in the documentation. You can google about the child theme for WordPress and you don’t have to create the child theme as the theme comes with the Child theme within the package.

Hi I have successfully updated my theme, thanks for your help. However the Visual Composer plugin doesnt seem to be updating from Code Canyon. It just says “downloading file from CodeCanyon” and never continues to the next step.

As discussed on the Skype we will be releasing a new update which will be there with a new updated version of the visual composer.
