Hi,
Testing AutoSSL in our website,
Getting these security warnings in chrome about the streams urls not being server via https.
Any idea how to get around this? I mean most streams urls are http not https right.
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.site.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure video ‘http://178.80.220.12:8062/;stream’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
That’s not the actual stream url above,
But I get these warnings for any stream url I put in the player.
So I’m guessing it is related to the ssl security.
Any info appreciated,
Thanks.
I think when ssl is enabled over the site, it just causes issues with the http urls,
Because it warns that they should be server as https, I don’t think we can do that with every stream.
If there was an option to select what pages the player loads on, then maybe I might just use ssl on certain pages like logins etc.
Sorry to say but all your streams has to be manually changed to SSL protocols and there is no option to serve them as without protocols now but it’s a good point and idea so that we can consider looking into our upcoming theme for using such feature to opt-in automatically
