Hello Aivah team

The images presented in the demo appear to be missing, or rather replaced with low quality blurred versions. Is this a licensing issue? or are there missing files in my download.

Nope. As mentioned in the item details page the images you see on the live demo is only for the demo purpose, you need to replace those blurred images with your own images. Its not an issue with licensing or so.
