If you are using google fonts then you need to customize the font to support latin and latin extended or Cyrillic fonts in framework/common/atp_googlefont.php file.

Example if you choose open sans font and if that supports latin characters or so then you can find the font in the above mentioned file and add the subsets as shown below

Find Font line
array( 'name' => "Open Sans", 'variant' => ':300,400,700'),

Add Subsets as shown below
array( 'name' => "Open Sans", 'variant' => ':300,400,700&subset=latin,greek-ext,cyrillic-ext'),
