Hi there – I was hoping to hear back from you in regards to my original ticket. It seems you thought my issue was on the booking page and it is not. it is on the manage-booking page which is template driven. It is only showing the word “array” which means something is wrong with the file or javascript. I just paid to renew my support so I hope to hear from you today as it has not been working all week now. I see my inquiries still come up as if I’ve not renewed my support – and I did on Tuesday, not sure why it still says expired – I can send a screen shot of my receipt if you like.

Hoping to hear back from you before the weekend on this Manage Bookings issue. Thank you!

Thank you SO MUCH! What was it? I looked through code for hours – was something missing or incorrect, did I do something I shouldn’t have? Again, thank you for helping me! I didn’t want to hurt my client’s business, he’s also a good friend.

Okay, a few things still aren’t right – look at the string of text that shows up when you CONFIRM/CANCEL/UPDATE: https://bandgautoshop.com/manage-bookings/?email=cyndi%40moonlitcreative.com&key=d7ed480a294bd395a3992ad73aaa7c9a&action=confirm&id=7191

Also, users cannot select hours on Saturdays, there are no hours listed in drop down menu.

I fixed the extra string of code (I think) I just deleted the drop-off/pick-up lines in the PHP file it mentioned.

Can you look at why the hours for Saturday appointments aren’t showing up? Thanks.

We had fixed errors on booking page this errors coming due to the latest php version.

And in business hours you had select the wrong format 8 am to 3 am you need to select pm that is the reason dropdown is not showing anyways we fixed it.

Yeah – that would do it! Eventually I may have figured that out, thank you for catching it! I really appreciate your help and great customer service. I will look to see if any of your other themes are a good fit for new clients, too!
