First of all, excuse the bad English.

If I load a normal page from the main menu, the activated link in the main menu has a different color. This is a good thing. But I add a link from the “Menu Types” in the main menu, he has no other color when it is active. I think not so good.

Adding from menu types will not give you that active color option as if its a pages then it will show you. For that you need to create the page and add the food menu shortcode for specific category and then places it.
