If there is a custom post called lyrics, how can I post the link to the album, as the album is linked with the artist, as screenshot?

If you wish you can customize according to your requirement. But make sure you do changes in the child theme not in the parent as the changes will be lost when you update the theme.

change ‘page’ => array(‘albums’), to ‘page’ => array(‘chord’), where chord is the post type name

Check what post type you have first and then use same name.
