My contact information (city, address and phone number) is displayed on the left column correctly. My map is loading, but the map is loading to Latitude: 0.000000 and Longitude: 0.000000.

For us, it is working fine. Can you send us the Address that you have entered in the Google Map Address Bar while creating your Location?

The address I entered in the Google Map Address Bar is: 5485 E Highway 150 Lincolnton NC 28092.
Everything appears okay on the “Contact Us” page map.

The address you entered might be inaccurate, it is not showing in Google Map Address Bar suggestions, Try “5485 NC-150, Maiden, NC 28092, USA” and verify the marker that is showing on the Locations Page.

I have tried multiple variations of our address in the Google Map Address Bar. (All appear valid when I go directly to Google maps.) Unfortunately none of them cause the Locations Map Page to work correctly.

The addresses I have tried are:

5485 E Highway 150, Lincolnton, NC 28092 (our preferred address)
5485 E NC 150, Lincolnton, NC 28092
5485 E North Carolina 150, Lincolnton, NC 28092
5485 NC-150, Lincolnton, NC 28092

I have also tried adding USA to the end of each address.

Your Location is not showing in the suggestions while typing in Google Map Address Bar in Store up Theme and it is taking your address as a text field. Nearest address to your store is “5485 NC-150, Maiden, NC 28092, USA” which is showing in the suggestions and you can select it.

If you want it more accurate kindly send us your Latitude and Longitude to your location along with WP Logins to your website with URL so that we can add it manually. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
