I’m trying to create an album to download, when I add the download link for a song pops up a warning message:
Warning: mcrypt_encrypt (): Key of size 14 not supported by this algorithm. Only keys of sizes 16, 24 or 32.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Please update your php version to the latest . Ask your hosting provider to change key value from mcrypt_encrypt () related Settings page and adjust the length of the key from 14 to 16.

I made the php upgrade to 5.6 and still continues with the error message.
I use the hosting of Dreamhost, and do not know where I can make the changes you requested.
I contacted support and below is their response.

“I apologize for the delay and for the inconvenience, however I hope this
email finds you well. Unfortunately, we do not assist in troubleshooting
code/script or assist with site optimization. We will still do our best
to help was much as we can. If you can provide us with the specific
documentation that your theme developer provided to you we will take
another look into this for you. While we will not be able to add the
specific settings for you, we may be able to help by showing you where to
add them or at least point you in the right direction. If you have any
other questions or concerns, please feel free to message us back. “

We have made a key of 16 and now it supports for you.

Modified file is musicplay/musicband/index.php

var $skey = “ivaencrypt2015”; // you can change it

Replaced with

var $skey = “iva_encrypt_2015”; // you can change it
