Hello,

We purchased and installed the Labora theme using the One Click Demo Import mentioned in the theme documentation page. However, there are many style properties like font style, color, link color, link hover color etc. that vary from the demo preview. One-Click Demo Import is not functioning as expected! Contacted support via Skype two days ago and were able to fix a few of those issues, but still, there are more issues pending. We couldn’t get hold of Skype support for the past two days. Our website installation deadline is right around the corner…Please let us know your availability on Skype to resolve the remaining issues. Thanks.

Have you import the theme in the theme options backup. If not you have to follow the below steps.
Goto->Appearence->labora->in this Import/Export option is there->click on that option->then click on the import button.

Yes, we followed the steps mentioned in the documentation. Went to Appearance=>Labora Child=>Import/Export option=>1-Sample-Theme-Options.txt and hit the Import button. Followed by pasting the contents in that txt file in the text area below and hit the Import file button. This didn’t make the style of our installed theme completely look like the demo preview.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.
