Labora downloads does not contain correct theme

hi,
I purchsed Labora after viewing the preview, but aafter download I found its a simple wp theme. does not contain anything as preview. but as per olicy I am supposed to get all the picture files,psds, css js etc.
What is shown:

The theme includes all the files except PSD Files. PSD Files are not included in the theme package. But if you need them, then let us know. Is there anything else that I can assist you with?

You can avail skype support also. If you have any questions which is not solved via support forum then feel free to ask via Skype. If you have a language speaking problem then you can still avail Skype support.

Thanks for the reply. but it does not include the pictures shown in the demo site also. How can I get those pictures? Moreover, honestly saying what is shown in the demo site it is not the same theme at all. check the screenshots

I see that you have done only half of the installation. Please read the documentation properly and install the demo fully. If you don’t know how to do it properly then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can do it for you. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
<small>Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.</small>
