I have recently install this theme for my site, however it has made a mess of my pages, and nothing on the site shows unless I remove the WPBakery Plugin, and then it shows a ton of errored code on the site as well. I was hoping to get some support to resolve all these issues. What suggestions do you have for fixing these errors, I would like to get this working ASAP.

Hi austindkelly,
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I am having the exact same issue, exact Storeup Core plugin was already installed. I’ve deactivated the plugin to get the site to at least render, but as you can see the theme items are not displaying properly. https://blacksroadselfstorage.com/

Im noticing that my site does not have any elements showing like it does for the theme on envato. There are no icons or images in place, and the scrolling images do now show either. This is far from what is shown on the sample site. Is there any way to have the elements that are included on the sample site on mine as well. I assumed at purchase those elements, icons, etc would be included. The demo import also really messed up my site adding in dozens of pages that do not work and well has messing up all navigation.

Sorry for the delay, you have activated some other theme will you activate Storeup Child theme, or else we will activate the theme and can work on your theme issues.

I have activated the storeup child theme, but it only provides a totally gray page, with nothing on it. Feel free to update/fix this as you see fit.

Hi, @austindkelly
Please have a look at your site, the issue has been fixed now you can customize your theme. After demo import, you will get the demo sample placeholder images you can use your own images.
