When I select a date when the event will take place, nothing happens, it remains an empty field. Please help solve the problem!

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

the error persists. And choose either the date from the selector, but save the album / artist saves the day and month but choose the current year.

Yes, it works for dates in 2015. But if want to add a date one year prior to 2015 does not work well: just save the day and the month, but the year always leaves him in 2015.

Try changing the date of the event, for example, to July 16, 2002 and you will see the failure to tell them.
