I am using a premium plugin – Local Pick Up Plus for Woo Commerce – and this theme is causing the plugin not to work properly.

I’ve reached out to support at the plugin – and they referred me to support at the theme developer.

We need to get this working as soon as possible.

Ok. WHen I’m using the Local Pickup Plus addition to woo commerce – it does not operate properly.

YOu’ll see from this screenshot with the Linofeast theme – that the plugin does not allow pickup locations to show up in the cart when “this item is set for pickup” is selected.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

When I log in to the admin it shows http://dcw.p80clients.com/my-account/ not the WordPress dashboard.

We have tested the plugin with our theme and it works fine. If you want we can show you the demo on our site. There might be something wrong with other plugins or so.
