Hello, I’ve been rebuilding a website using your Theme these last few weeks. While working on the WordPress site today, I noticed that the Column formatting on my pages is all of a sudden messed up. I use the 3-column and 4-column shortcodes on several pages, and what I see happening as of today is the 2nd and 3rd column content is shifted lower then the other. I am using the [services] shortcodes inside of each separate column. Please take a look at this page, to see what I am talking about, http://newtls.tech-life-support.com/tlscloud/tls-cloud-pricing/. You can see the first three service shortcodes are not “top-aligned”. This is the effect I see on all pages. It’s very strange because this is just new as of today. Please let me know what this might be?? I am using the version 1.5.

Hi Lauren,

Thanks for choosing AivahThemes WordPress Theme. I have look into your issue and what i find that the shortcode you are interesting in a visual mode not in a text mode, so kindly please insert shortcodes in a text mode because if you use visual mode the “P” and “BR” tag in automatically get inserted. Please see the attach image. Is their anything else i can assist you with?

If you have not yet given ratings to the theme, kindly please give to the theme by going to your themeforest account downloads section and beside the Download button of the theme you can find the stars to click on for ratings 🙂
