I am truly enjoying working with your theme for my client’s site. I have one remaining important problem, however, and I’m hoping you can help (you already did with some small changes, and it is very much appreciated).
For background – this involves two includes with the theme, the “sticky area” at the top of each page, and the plugin called “Useful Banner Manager” (UBM) that I’ve used to set a sidebar on one page at this point (more if I can get this worked out). BOTH OF THESE ELEMENTS are not fully engaging on the site, in addition to one issue I’ll mention and highlight with another plugin which is vitally important other site, Visual Form Builder.
With “Sticky” and UBM, when I first visit a page on the site from the front end (not logged in to admin), neither functions work. I have to refresh the page, and then Sticky will function and/or UBM rotate widget will function. (See UBM issue at : http://winfesttx.org/entry-forms/rules/ – again, only after refresh will the images start to rotate)

In the form, under the second fieldset that reads “Part 1 – Ensemble Information,” I have setup conditional logic for the required field “# of Ens. Members” – when you select that, the number of information sections matching that number (2-6) should appear below the “Registering/Lead Ensemble Member” section.
Well, when I visit the site on the front end, it doesn’t work. I have to refresh the page, and when I DO refresh, then select a number, voila! Everything opens up great.
The same thing happens with other instances of any form constructed with this plugin.
If I navigate away from these pages on the site, then return, refresh is still required.
Do you have any ideas here? I would appreciate any help.
